With this post, we are glad to introduce a pack of useful features and updates that improve user's experience in: Events audit Regions, keys, and storage management Tagging Security audit Understanding Maestro via its documentation Audit Tab We support an audit event logging as an instrument that enables transparency in a distributed company with a distributed structure and allows to find root causes of the issues. With this release, we are glad to introduce the Audit tab in Maestro which shows all the events related to the specified tenant and region. On the Audit tab, you can review the audit events in a table (A) and list (B) view. We also enabled sorting events by categories (C) . Besides, you can use the search to find specific events (F) . Notifications Improvements

Maestro application is being constantly evolving to meet the growing needs of our customers. One of such grand-scale enhancement is the significantly improved layout and performance of the Notifications page. In order to make notifications review and management more convenient and user friendly, as well as to work with letters more effectively, we updated the logic of displaying letters on the Notifications page and added sorting functionality . Such an approach now allows users to perform a more manageable and efficient search for necessary letters. We also reviewed the content of all notifications sent by Maestro, in order to make the provided information transparent and easy-to-use. Operation Portal

As one of the fundamental Maestro features, we would like to introduce Operation portal , a platform for providing a comfortable and efficient way of managing customers’ infrastructures. The Operation portal was implemented to allow our users to independently manage tenants and tenant groups . Such a comprehensive approach allows us to fundamentally simplify the work of the end-user in managing their infrastructures from the administration perspective. It will also allow the customer administrator to manage tenants and regions not only via the admin CLI but also via the convenient and intuitively understandable web UI . The portal is available for users with customer administrative permissions . The list of respective email addresses should be provided when activating a customer in Maestro. Maestro Whats New 3.2.100 UI Improvements

We continue enhancing the layout of our application in order to provide an intuitively understandable and user-friendly solution. With this release, we implemented several improvements for better interaction between the user and the application, both on web and native applications. Web UI  Manage Volumes wizard - allows increasing the volume of the already created instance. The wizard is available via the Content View section of the selected instance. Holiday Jam: Maestro UI

With the upcoming holidays, we would also like to uncover some of the interesting and handy updates in Maestro web and native applications.  We continue enhancing the layouts in order to provide an intuitively understandable and user-friendly solution. Web Application Updates Pagination - for comfortable reviewing of lists, the pagination option was implemented to divide the content of the list into pages if the number of items in a list exceeds 15 items. Filtering by Tag on Management Page - perform an effective search in lists on the Management page using filtering by tags . In the current release, this functionality is supported for Azure and AWS cloud providers. Dynamic Component List - the possibility to see the dynamic changes of the list of components in the Security section of the Content View tab. We continue to enhance our Maestro solution. With this blog post, we would like to cover the improvements int the security of the application, Administration functionality and Maestro UI. Security Security updates covered a wide range of changes. Our major improvements are the following: Permissions mechanism was restructured to provide clear and effective permission management. It now consists of three levels of entities: Role, Permission Group, and Action . Each User Role includes Permission Groups, each Permission Group includes Actions, each Action corresponds to some action that the user can perform in Maestro.    Permissions can be assigned on different levels , such as Customer, Tenant, Project, and User. For each user, the highest-priority setting is applied, which is suitable for every individual situation. For example, Project Role settings will overlap Tenant Role settings. User email settings, if any, will override settings of any other level. ...

Maestro native mobile version has been constantly improved, allowing our users to perform all necessary cloud-related manipulations and manage their virtual infrastructures by only a few clicks, with necessary data being always at hand. Our latest improvements in Maestro Mobile Application are the following: The  Auto-scroll function is implemented  in the Content View section for better visibility of information displayed on a screen. We continue to polish our Maestro solution to ensure the quality of our services and meet our users' expectations. Below you can see the improvements implemented in Maestro Web Application: Maestro Reporting functionality has been enlarged due to implementation of analytic and cost optimization reports: Monthly Analytic Optimization report - sent at the end of each month and provides analytics as well as recommendations on project cost optimization. Low Instance Utilization report - informs about instances with low utilization parameters and contains recommendations on instance usage optimization. Cloud Radar report - illustrates the activity of the cloud infrastructure for a given period of time, and contains general cloud utilization statistics and cloud chargeback trend diagram. Maestro Monitoring

Maestro provides powerful functionality that allows gathering, processing and delivering to users the information on infrastructure performance and cost. In such a way our application ensures good analytics for both developers and responsible managers. Statistics are provided on two levels - Instance level and Tenant level.
