Notifications Improvements

Maestro application is being constantly evolving to meet the growing needs of our customers. One of such grand-scale enhancement is the significantly improved layout and performance of the Notifications page.
In order to make notifications review and management more convenient and user friendly, as well as to work with letters more effectively, we updated the logic of displaying letters on the Notifications page and added sorting functionality.
Such an approach now allows users to perform a more manageable and efficient search for necessary letters.
We also reviewed the content of all notifications sent by Maestro, in order to make the provided information transparent and easy-to-use.

The updated Notifications page contains the following elements:

1. Letters are displayed in a Compact View mode, which allows to preview content without opening them.
You can approve a required action by clicking the Approve / Reject buttons, review the attachment, and perform basic actions directly from the Compact View mode.

2. By clicking the View button, the user can manage the layout of information displayed in the Compact View section.

3. By clicking on a set of buttons on the panel, the user can filter the letters automatically based on the following characteristics:
- Financial letters related to infrastructure costs
- Alerts, letters requiring immediate user's attention
- Letters, requiring an action to be performed by a user (approve/reject)
- Letters containing attachments

4.  It is also possible to filter notifications based on their priority via the Notifications priority filter.
  • All notifications
  • Only with normal importance
  • Only with high importance
  • Only critical
  • Only with low importance
5.  Via the Settings wizard it is possible to set letters to be displayed on the Notification page for a certain period of time (from today up to five months ago).
6.  Color indication added for each letter to show its content:
  • Red High-importance letters which require immediate recipient’s attention
  • Yellow - Letters, requiring an action to be performed by recipient (approve / reject, or containing attachments)
  • Blue - Letters containing attachments
  • Green - Regular letters with normal importance
7. The icon showing that this letter contains an attachment. Clicking on this icon will initiate the attachment download process.
8. Notification can contain a summary, indicating the intended purpose of the letter.
9. By clicking the More button in a body of the notification, it will open in a separate window.
10. By clicking the Print notification button, you can print out the notification.
Such enhancements in the Notifications functionality allows Maestro users to perform a more manageable and efficient search for necessary letters, as well as provide transparent and easy-to-use information.
