Maestro Whats New 3.2.100 UI Improvements

We continue enhancing the layout of our application in order to provide an intuitively understandable and user-friendly solution. With this release, we implemented several improvements for better interaction between the user and the application, both on web and native applications.

Web UI

  • Manage Volumes wizard - allows increasing the volume of the already created instance. The wizard is available via the Content View section of the selected instance. Note, that the volume size can only be increased.
  • Login Button redesigned in order to provide an intuitively understandable and user-friendly way of signing up for the web application.

  • Localization enhancements for this release include the following:
    • Improved the metrics description localization on the Home page.
    • Added the possibility to translate placeholders, which allowed to make the translation more flexible and native sounding.
    • Implemented the localization functionality on the back-end part of Maestro.
  • Help Section of our wizards was updated with relevant and up-to-date information about our lately implemented features and improvements, making the text context sensitive depending on the cloud selected.

  • Tooltips were implemented over the Shape field of the Run wizard, providing additional information about the shape parametersvCPU, RAM, Storage size, as well as giving the user complete information and simplifying decision making.

Native Mobile Application UI

  • Filtering by Tag on Management Page - The functionality of lists filtering by tag was enhanced for better, faster and more effective search in lists on the Management page of the Native Maestro mobile application. The resources can be filtered by instances, images, volumes, services, etc., depending on the selected cloud provider.

  • Tables Optimization- we continued table optimization started in the previous release. Now optimization is implemented for all wizards in order to improve and speed up automated data upload.
