1. How does Maestro fit my Enterprise Size and Load?

Maestro main target customers are large organizations (government, businesses), that due to any reason remain ideologically and technically outdated as compared to current trends. However, it can also be effectively used by smaller teams as well.

Being developed alongside usage on a large enterprise scale, Maestro is focused on the needs of a large company (for example, a typical customer can provide 20k+ users in total with 1-2k users daily, and 1000+ accounts managed by Maestro simultaneously).

Also, based on our observations, the expectation from the system can vary dramatically depending on the C-role of a person we are communicating with (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc). Thus, we prefer live demos, where we show live how specific requests coming from specific roles can be resolved by Maestro without need to perform additional development.

3. How does the Maestro accelerate our 'Concept-to-Cash' cycle and improve business velocity?

4. Does Maestro makes us "cloud-agnostic" without becoming "cloud-complicated"?

Maestro is initially targeted at enterprises with multiple clouds, having unification (FinOps, security, management, analytics, business processes, UI, etc.) as the main focus.

However, cloud providers are rapidly developing as well. Thus, it is actually impossible to reach 100% of support for a specific cloud.

Still, having over 14 (and growing) years of development for Maestro, we figured an approach when the new features and integrations are based on the usage statistics, feedbacks and feature requests coming from numerous teams working on hundreds of infrastructures for all kinds of customers.

As a result, we got to the "pareto principle (80/20)". On Maestro side, we provide a unified tool for completing 80% of the most frequent tasks, and for the rest 20%, we offer access to the native console, but within the permission model described for the specific project in Maestro. 5. How much training do we need to start using Maestro?

One of Maestro goals was to help with managing hybrid cloud infrastructure for users who had limited experience with one or several clouds these infrastructures used. To help this goal, the platform uses unification approaches, convenient UI, and detailed help system.

Meanwhile, an "Admin" can manage Maestro in NoCode approach, using the pre-defined templates and services.

Maestro architecture includes a Java/Python/Golang SDK built atop its unified API. This allows even admins with limited development skills to create complex extensions and customizations for Maestro. Also, Maestro provides a CLI that can be used for scripting.
